Free Sofa & Sofabed Removal Service

Terms and conditions:
  1. Promotion valid from 03 February – 12 March 2025 in IKEA Alam Sutera, IKEA Sentul City, IKEA Jakarta Garden City, IKEA Mall Taman Anggrek, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan, IKEA Surabaya, IKEA Bali, online: www.IKEA.co.id, IKEA Indonesia app and WA orders.
  2. Free old sofa or Sofabed removal service limited for coverage within 60 km from Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali stores & online purchase. The schedule will be assigned based on availability.
  3. Minimum purchase of 2 mio of sofa or sofa bed, free one removal of old sofa or sofa bed. Please submit your IKEA receipt to IKEA coworkers.
  4. The old sofa or sofa bed furniture is still within usable condition.
    (The sofa &cover is not torn. apart, sofa legs not broken, in stable condition)
  5. The free old sofa or sofa bed removal service excludes domestic waste, building debris, household waste, etc.
  6. Please order the service from our co-workers in the store or contact Customer Service online purchases at +6221-2985-3900 / WhatsApp at +62811-1300-2242 by providing the order number and photo of the old sofa in usable condition.
  7. An additional fee will be charged if the pick-up is made in a building with more than 3 floors.
  8. IKEA reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not comply with the terms and conditions that apply to this program and the terms and conditions listed on www.IKEA.co.id and the IKEA Indonesia App.

Contribution

By contributing Rp129.000 per trip, we will help you remove your old furniture.

By using this service, you have participated to make a change for community and environment. We dearly encourage collection of used furniture is still within usable condition.

Terms and conditions

  1. The old furniture is still within usable condition. Product is not torn apart, not broken, in stable condition.
  2. Please specify your old furniture by submitting a picture when you order the service to our co-worker.
  3. The removal service excludes domestic waste, building debris, household waste, etc.
  4. Pickup schedules are subject to availability
  5. An additional fee of IDR100.000,- will be charged if the pick-up is made in a building with more than 3 floors.
  6. IKEA reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with the terms and conditions on www.IKEA.co.id and the IKEA Indonesia App.

What we do

Our commitment is to ensure sustainability is part of our everyday work. That’s why when we deliver your new IKEA furniture we’re happy to take the old one away. It makes life a lot easier and helps reduce waste. 

We work together with Yayasan Widhya Asih Bali, Panti Asuhan Dorkas and other non-profit organisations that will collect, maximise and utilise the resource with minimum possible impact on the environment. The total collected fund will be used to provide a free quality education and other social program for people in need.
