IKEA urges all customers who own the affected SVARTRÅ LED lighting chain black outdoor 12 lights to stop using them and contact IKEA. Due to a manufacturing error, the plug of these products does not fulfil a relevant safety standard, resulting in the risk of electric shock. Affected products can be identified via name of the LED-driver, date stamp of the LED-driver, and name of the plug (all details below).

Why are these products not safe to use?
Safety is a top priority for IKEA and therefore we are recalling certain SVARTRÅ LED lighting chain black outdoor 12 lights as the plug of these products does not fulfill a relevant safety standard, resulting in the risk of electric shock.
During their development, IKEA products are risk assessed and thoroughly tested to make sure that our products comply with applicable requirements and regulation on all markets where IKEA operates.
Despite this it has come to our attention that a certain plug used for the above-listed products does not comply with a relevant safety standard for limiting water ingress due to a manufacturing error. Therefore, all IKEA outdoor LED lighting chains and lamps that include the affected plug are being recalled. Affected products can be identified via name of the LED-driver (ICPSH24-2-IL-1), date stamp (YYWW – see all affected date stamps in list above) of the LED-driver, and name of the plug (SYK-02F). Products with other LED-drivers, other date stamps and another plug are not in scope of this recall.
What should customers do?
Customers who own one of the affected products should immediately stop using it and contact IKEA for a replacement product or a full refund. Additionally, IKEA encourages customers to spread the word about this recall, especially if they know that the recalled product was offered, lent or sold to someone else.
What remedy can customers expect?
Affected products can be returned to any IKEA store for a replacement product or full refund Proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt) is not required.

Safety is a top priority for IKEA and therefore we are recalling ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey due to thermal burn and electric shock hazard caused by wear and tear of the power cable.
IKEA develops its products using a rigorous risk assessment and testing program, to make sure that the products live up to all applicable laws and standards on the markets where they are sold. Despite of this it has come to our attention that the power cable on the ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey may get damaged or broken, after being wrapped around a charger or bent back and forth after a longer period of use. The damaged cable may lead to thermal burns and electric shock. Therefore, ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey is being recalled.
The ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey can be identified by the model number ICPSW5-40-1 that is found on label on the backside of the USB-charger.
ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey can be returned to any IKEA store for a full refundin form of IKEA return voucher. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.

IKEA develops its products using a rigorous risk assessment and testing program, to make sure that the products live up to all applicable laws and standards on the markets where they are sold.
Despite of this it has come to our attention that small rivets on the toy can come loose, which results in a potential choking hazard, especially for smaller children. Therefore, BLÅVINGAD fishing game multicolour is being recalled.
BLÅVINGAD fishing game multicolour can be returned to any IKEA store for a full refund in form of IKEA return voucher. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.

Therefore, IKEA is recalling ODGER swivel chair in the anthracite color with date stamps before and including 2221 (22 stands for the year, and 21 stands for the week the product was produced) as there is a risk that the star base leg of the chairs may break and pose fall and injury hazards for the user.

The name and date stamp of the product can be found underneath the seat, molded in the material of the chair.
